April 2026 update.

The team completed all of the planned sessions. The highlight of the week was when two PCSO’s joined us which allowed one of them to pursue two speeding cars down The Street using their blue lights and sirens.

Wednesday morning was our first earlier time and with 12 vehicles recorded as speeding. During 8 sessions, 1539 vehicle speeds were checked. 49 vehicles were travelling in excess of the 30mph speed limit, and 9 were in excess of 40mph.

We will certainly do repeat sessions at this time over the coming months.
